  The safest places to live in London are usually South East London, based on new research that found that London residents are the safest in the world. The most dangerous area of London is South East London, with its high crime rate and low population. However, the surrounding areas of South Circumstance, West Bowling and Brent have lower crime rates, while other inner city locations such as Knightsbridge and Oxford Street have much higher. The study also looked at the capital's most populous boroughs - Knightsbridge and Kensington, to find out which were the most dangerous to live in. The analysis showed that inner city locations were the most dangerous places to live, with Barking and Chelsea being rated as the most dangerous place to live, with one million people expected to leave the capital every year.
